Senior Sales Representative

Senior Sales Representative with Full Territory Management needed in various locations. The company, Kelkom Systems (KELKOM), has an excellent base of existing clients. We are a great company with proven products and staff and we offer a rich compensation plan of base salary plus unlimited commissions, making this a special opportunity for the right person.

KELKOM has been selling and supporting physician offices for over 40 years. Headquartered in Redwood City, CA in the KELKOM Building, the company works with over 3,600 providers. KELKOM also has remote office in Palm Beach, Florida.

KELKOM sells, implements, installs, trains and supports Efficiency and Throughput Practice Management Systems. Our systems are comprised of wall panels that convey the location/status/need of every patient in the queuing system of the medical office. The panels are designed to be seen and understood from any location in the room and to last for decades.

The main focus is on small to medium size medical offices. The right person will be given a rich territory and great support from the corporate office without being micro-managed. We are looking for a person who gets results and wants to drive the business going forward, drawing on a team supporting this position.

The supporting team includes a sales assistant and a telemarketing team, internet lead generation specialists, product specialists, as well as the sales, marketing, training and support teams.

Qualifications:

  • Must currently sell to medical offices
  • At least 5 years selling experience
  • Proven track record of success at exceeding quotas
  • Self driven, motivated, and results oriented.
  • Self-starter looking to have full responsibility for an outstanding territory
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software to provide reporting.
  • Fundamental knowledge of computer networking applications.
  • Must be able to work in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales presentations and demonstrations in person or remotely.
  • Present and/or demonstrate solutions based on customer needs.
  • Close several new practices per month.
  • Report to VP of Sales on a weekly basis and keep track of all activities, opportunities, and goals in the company's CRM system.
  • Create new account prospects through referrals from existing customer base.
  • Attend necessary sales meetings, product and training sessions in order to maintain sales proficiency
  • Must be able to travel within coverage area.
  • Attendance at tradeshows and sales meetings with overnight travel is required occasionally.
  • Establish contact with and create relationships with local medical societies, specialty organizations, office manager associations, etc. within the territory.

KELKOM is seeking a Senior Software Developer. Responsibilities include analyze business requirements, prepare technical and pgm specs, design, develop software for ongoing projects, primarily in regards to embedded systems. Applicant must have working experience in assembly language and thorough knowledge of Motorola/Freescale platforms and x86 standards. 40-hour work week M-F. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minimum of five years progressive experience. We will accept any suitable combination of education, training and experience.
