A patient has just arrived for a provider. Press the HYG + Green lights = Hygienist has patient arrival. Hygienist presses the WHITE light to acknowledge and get the patient. A patient is now ready for a provider's care. Press DR + RED + 3 = The doctor has a patient ready in room 3. Doctor presses the WHITE light to acknowledge and cares for the room 3 patient. A staff person is needed in a specific room. Press AST + 2(top row) + 4 = Assistant 2 is needed in room 4. Press the WHITE light to acknowledge and goes to room 4. |
A provider has a phone call on line 3, What to do? (take it or call back) Press HYG + Blue + 3 = Hygienist 1 has a line 3 phone call. Phone Reply Options: RED = "No, will call back later." YELLOW = "Hold for a minute." GREEN = "Yes, I'll take the call." Receptionist takes note and presses the WHITE light to acknowledge and reset the system. An emergency in progress in a specific room. Press RED + Yellow + Green + 4 = Emergency in room 4. PRESS the WHITE light to acknowledge and reset the emergency. |
